Board resignation

London Africa Limited (the Company) regrets to announce that Tim Goyder, a non-Executive Director of the company resigned on the 6th December, as Chalice Gold Mine's position in the Company dropped below 20%.

The Board of London Africa Limited would like to thank Mr Goyder for all his help and support over the last 12 months.
